Prior to creating leadership program, Dr Ami Desai was VP west and south of one of the most influential experiential learning curriculum delivered in India for the preschool segment.

There she headed, helping map the content to 3 different states. She later founded Kukkubara and ET and through it introduced ideas like adaptive and experienced-based learning to CXOs, IITians, Politicians for the first time.
